RODRIGUEZ VS CLEARCAST Okay, so Robert Rodriguez didn’t specifically talk about the artist formally known as the BACC, but his methods of dealing with censors sounded oddly familiar to some of our own battles. His main strategy?  Make your first cut much, much stronger than you actually intend the final film to be.  then, when it gets flagged, you can pull it back to the level you want whilst seemingly toning it down in the eyes of the censors. Well, that and desaturating the blood.  Works a treat.
